I am in the weight room all day. I have trained kids ranging in age from 8 to 18, college level athletes, SWAT team members, Special Forces, Firefighters, Army personnel, Olympic champions, professional athletes and people just looking to improve their overall health. I'm excited to find the inner athlete within each person, no matter the age or experience level. I want to educate and empower my athletes and clients. I want to get them stronger.

My mission is to enhance physical performances, whether it be at the high school or college level, Saturday recreation league, or everyday life. My philosophy is helping achieve each individuals goals with passion and priority by improving performance, decreasing injury potential, and motivating through education. Richard White
Coach White is the Graduate Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at Concordia University, where he is receiving his Masters in sport and fitness administration. He is also a Personal Trainer is St. Paul, Minnesota.
He has an extensive background working with all types of athletes and individuals. His passion for research and writing sound articles is impeccable.
From the moment he wakes he is dedicated to his craft and passion. His plate it constantly full with programs, articles, studies, training. Rich has the ability to consistently accomplish his goals and find new ones.
