
The Performance Elite line is amazing. There are so many tools available for you to piece together what your body needs. Depending on your goals, of course. My training takes about an hour to an hour in a half of high intensity strength and conditioning. I use Muscle Strength an hour before my training. Mass Impact half an hour before. During, I use Biocharge to keep me going. Afterwards I take either Muscle Gain or Post-Workout Recovery, depending the type of training that day. Before bed I take Nighttime Recovery to enhance muscle growth and support muscle repair. Too easy!
